Documents for reclaiming a vehicle towed away because of other offences

To reclaim a vehicle towed away because of an offence other than parking, you must go to the indicated municipal vehicle pound, providing the documents described in the previous section "Documents for reclaiming a vehicle towed away because of a parking violation”, and depending on each situation,you must present the additional documents listed below:

  • Vehicle registration certificate
  • Vehicle log book
  • Insurance receipt
  • Driving licence for the type of vehicle to be collected

It is absolutely essential that the aforementioned documents are the originals and that they are valid at the time of reclaiming the vehicle. In the case of reclaiming a vehicle towed away because of offences other than parking, paying online is not possible.
